Remington recently discovered that the lake we walk by is swimmable. And it’s totally my fault. He never goes into water unless I go in first whether it be a pool, a stream, etc. The other day I decided to spontaneously go for a swim in the lake and there behind me was my little shadow wading into the water. It was an exhausting realization for him – so many ducks to chase and dragon flies to hunt down.
After LOTS of doggy paddling and a warm bubble bath back at home, he found his favorite blanket and feel asleep within 30 seconds. But riiiiight before he started counting bunnies in his dreams, I just had to take a pic of this bundle of cuteness….
